I caught a fish one day
He wriggled around
Plus he was too small
So I dropped him
Back in the river
He didn't swim, but
Went with the current
I imagine that he's going
To a better place,
At least for him
Thus it is
Sometimes things begin
And then we lose control
But they are still going
The way we want them to
Yet the river flows
Into an ocean
And all the oceans meet
And then gather into one
There is but one ocean
Someone down the river
Caught another fish
And threw it back in
I think I saw my fish
Floating nearby
I could not feel but happy
That my fish
Now had company
They floated together
Down the river, into the ocean

I turned on the light one day,
We winced at the light, it was too bright.
We could not see to do our work,
So I got a barrel and put it on the light.
It was too dark! We could not do what we must,
And the creatures of the dark gave us fright.
So I had to buy a shade, so the light could shine
On me and others, so that it was just right
