Where grasses sing upon the loam
And sun and stars adore the moon
Like children laughing in her home
So will I know you, no more alone,
And touch your hair as hearts attune
twinned eternal destiny
In love's unbounded mystery.
So cast our shells aside to fly
As free as eagles, and as high,
To see and touch our guiding star
Two souls who living silent are
Known, in certainty at last,
Beneath the light and shadows cast
Knowing, open, fully met,
Upon the earth, where sun has set
Beyond the sweep of ceaseless seas
Ourselves to know,
Ourselves to please
To sense into your inner space,
Within this time our heavens lent
Our spirit song for souls silent
Rapt, with focused energies
As if in worship on grateful knees
Our gods of life and love to please
But wake alone to dawn
Agate
Within a world of wind and stoneWhere grasses sing upon the loam
And sun and stars adore the moon
Like children laughing in her home
So will I know you, no more alone,
And touch your hair as hearts attune
twinned eternal destiny
In love's unbounded mystery.
So cast our shells aside to fly
As free as eagles, and as high,
To see and touch our guiding star
Two souls who living silent are
Known, in certainty at last,
Beneath the light and shadows cast
Knowing, open, fully met,
Upon the earth, where sun has set
Beyond the sweep of ceaseless seas
Ourselves to know,
Ourselves to please

Reach
I reach to you, to touch your face,To sense into your inner space,
Within this time our heavens lent
Our spirit song for souls silent
Rapt, with focused energies
As if in worship on grateful knees
Our gods of life and love to please
But wake alone to dawn
